Are you an international scholar interested in attending ASV 2024 or 2025? Do you need a visitor visa but don’t know where to start? Do you want information on permanent resident or other visas?
The American Society for Virology will be hosting a webinar on ‘Navigating the U.S. Immigration System’ on April 16th, 2024. The webinar will be presented by Immigration Attorney Brian H. Getson, an expert in immigration practice and preparing EB-1A, EB-1B and NIW petitions for scientific researchers throughout the United States.
This webinar will cover topics including visitor visas for attending ASV meetings, permanent resident visas, and other visas (H1B, etc.).
