Digital recording access of ASV 2026 will only contain recordings of the Satellite Symposia, Keynote, Plenary Symposia, and State-of-the-Art lectures. Abstract presentations, both oral and poster, will be in-person only and will not be recorded. This option gives you access to watch (or re-watch) Satellite workshops, State-of-the-Art Lectures, Symposium Sessions, and Keynote presentations after the meeting, in addition to your onsite attendance benefits. All session recordings will be posted for viewing after the meeting is completed (to allow for post-production and uploading) and will be available for 90 days after the meeting. |

It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered). If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:

Yes! A link to create your own personalized letter of invitation to ASV 2026 is included in your registration confirmation email. If you need a letter prior to registering, please contact the ASV office at [email protected]. Yes, on-site registration for the annual meeting is available during posted registration hours beginning at 4:00 pm on Sunday, July 26 at the Registration Desk located in Northup Hall on campus. There are no group or press discounts offered for the Annual Meeting.
Please click here to login with the email you used at the time of registration and the reference number that was assigned to you upon confirming your registration. Some modifications must be facilitated through the Registration Manager. If you find you are unable to make your necessary modifications, please email [email protected] for additional assistance. Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration and can be made at any time. The substituting attendee will be responsible for payment of the $50 substitution fee and for any additional items they select. To facilitate a substitution, please email [email protected] to obtain the unique substitution registration link. We understand that events may occur that prevent you from attending the annual meeting. Cancellations received on or before June 15, 2026 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellation requests after June 15, 2026. Refunds will be issued to the same method used for payment. Cancellation requests must be made by emailing [email protected]. If, for any reason, the annual meeting should be canceled, ASV 2026 will refund the registration fee. ASV is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Cancellation of individual items received on or before June 15, 2026, will receive a full refund. However, we are unable to offer a refund after June 15, 2026. Optional agenda items are nontransferable and will be refunded to the original registrant if the request is made on or before June 15, 2026, and will be facilitated by emailing [email protected]. Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be available after the meeting. More information to come!
You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. In most instances, dietary requests will be considered and accommodated during the menu planning process. Depending on the need, a member of our team may contact you for additional information. Please note that due to vendor limitations, some requests may be combined (i.e. receiving a meal that is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian) or not accommodated. If you are Celiac, please contact the registration manager at [email protected]. Registered guests are invited to attend the welcome reception, evening socials, lunches, dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and the dance. Up to three guests can accompany a fully-registered attendee. Guest registration does not include meals during the Satellite Workshops or the Thursday Night Banquet Dinner. Guest tickets can be purchased separately for the Thursday Night Banquet Dinner by emailing [email protected]. |
